Mead School District
Mead School District After School Sports Program
SYSA’s new partnership with the Mead School District will provide recreational youth sports programs for each of the 10 elementary schools. Students actively attending a Mead School District elementary school are eligible to register online for this program. SYSA intends to build upon the strong Mead community spirit and pride with these programs.
SYSA’s philosophy promotes building communities and providing each child with the opportunity to be a star.
SYSA will rotate 7 different sports programs throughout the year, providing training and sports experiences for students ranging from kindergarten through 5th grade. Each sport will be rotated through all locations. All programs are co-ed.
Indoor Sports: Basketball, Futsol, Volleyball, and Speed & Agility
Outdoor Sports: Flag Football, Soccer, and Track & Field
SYSA wants to develop the best programs possible. SYSA will work with the District and parents to gather feedback and make adjustments to improve programming.
SYSA Mission Statement
