SYSA teams up with SPARQ* Certified Trainers from U-District Physical Therapy to provide clinics to benefit all athletes. Progressive classes help with speed, power, agility, core strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. SPARQ training helps develop a well-rounded athlete.

Fall Session #1 U-District Speed & Agility
Registration OPEN
Program Information: T/Th, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Session #1 Dates: 9/1, 9/3, 9/8, 9/10, 9/15, 9/17, 9/22 & 9/24
Registration Deadline: August 27th (Limited to 25 participants)
Ages: 7 – 13 years
Registration Fee: $95
**A non-refundable 3% banking fee and a $1 service fee will be added at the time of check out.**
Athlete provides: Athletic gear, athletic or running shoes, and a water bottle.
Fall Session #2 U-District Speed & Agility
Registration OPEN
Program Information: T/Th, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Session #2 Dates: 9/29, 10/1, 10/6, 10/8, 10/13, 10/15, 10/20 & 10/22
Registration Deadline: September 24th (Limited to 25 participants)
Ages: 7 – 13 years
Registration Fee: $95
