SPS Volleyball
Spokane Public Schools, in partnership with Spokane Youth Sports, is excited to announce the launch of the Set for Success Volleyball Program—an engaging new after-school opportunity starting in February 2025!
The Set for Success program is designed to give student athletes in Spokane Public Schools (District 81) the chance to learn the fundamentals of volleyball while staying active and having fun with their friends and classmates. This two session program, open to 4th, 5th (session 1), and 6th graders (session 2), offers six weeks of developmental training, featuring a total of eight practices and four games.
Each player will receive a t-shirt jersey, and teams will be formed with a focus on keeping athletes grouped with their peers from the same school.
If you want to give your young athlete the chance to improve their skills—whether it’s their bumps, sets, or serves—Set for Success is the perfect program to help them grow and thrive!
If your child does not attend an SPS (District 81) school, there is still a place for your athlete in our program! While priority of a spot on a team will go to SPS enrolled students, the ultimate goal is to build community around the Spokane area! Once registration closes, non- SPS registered participants will be placed, to the best of our abilities, on the closest SPS school with an open spot. (Click here to see if your child attends an SPS school: elementary schools // middle schools).
