SYSA Speed & Agility at GTX

Speed and Agility at GTX Summer I 
Program Information: 8 sessions, Tuesdays & Thursdays, June 21, 23, 28, 30, July 5, 7, 12, 14
Registration Deadline: June 16 (Limit 20 participants. Closes when full.)
Ages: 7-11 years, 10:15 am – 11:15 am
Ages: 12+ years, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Camp Fee: $95
The player provides; athletic gear, athletic or running shoes, and a water bottle.

Speed and Agility at GTX Summer II
Program Information: 8 sessions, Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 19, 21, 26, 28, August 2, 4, 9, 11
Registration Deadline: July 14 (Limit 20 participants. Closes when full.)
Ages: 7-11 years, 10:15 am – 11:15 am
Ages: 12+ years, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Camp Fee: $95
The player provides; athletic gear, athletic or running shoes, and a water bottle.

SYSA Strength Training at GTX

Strength Training at GTX Summer I
Participants will use body weights, balls, bands, and other resistance-type training.
Program Information: 8 sessions,  Mondays & Wednesdays, June 20, 22, 27, 29, July 6, 11, 13, 18
Registration deadline: June 16 (Limit 12 participants. Closes when full.)
Ages: 8-12 years, 10:15 am – 11:15 am. Participants will use body weights, balls, bands, and other resistance-type training
Ages: 13+ years, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Participants would utilize a mix of bodyweight, barbells, dumbells, and cable machines.
Camp fee: $105
The player provides; athletic gear, athletic or running shoes, and a water bottle.

Strength Training at GTX Summer II
Program Information: 8 sessions,  Mondays & Wednesdays, July 25, 27, August 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17
Registration deadline: July 21 (Limit 12 participants. Closes when full.)
Ages: 8-12 years, 10:15 am – 11:15 am. Participants will use body weights, balls, bands, and other resistance-type training
Ages: 13+ years, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Participants would utilize a mix of bodyweight, barbells, dumbells, and cable machines.
