One Mile Run each Division
- Primary: Grades 1-2
- Secondary: Grades 3-4
- Advanced: Grades 5-6
- Uniform: T-Shirt incl.
- Player provides: shoes, shorts, water Bottle *no running spikes
- Coaches: All SYSA Coaches are volunteer. Teams will be unable to begin without a coach. Volunteer Info
- Practices: begin week of SEP 4; 1 hour/twice per week
