Volunteer Coaches are at the core of SYSA's success in serving over 10,000 youth athletes in 2009. Thank you for your interest in coaching with SYSA! Please see SPORTS for specific sport details.
- SYSA Coach Registrations are submitted for background checks annually. The first year a coach applies his/her Social Security # is required for the initial background check.
If you submitted your SS# in 2009, it is not necessary for your 2010 background check.
If you did not submit your SS# in 2009, it is required for your 2010 background check. Please see further details in the registration process. - Coach registration is by Sport (when open for registration), similar to player registration and requiring Username and Password.
