and a clinic or meet each Friday (except 5/18) with a competitive All-City meet Saturday, May 19.

local high school locations throughout the Greater Spokane
area. When registering indicate any nights not
available in the additional comments section.

sprinting (100m & 200m)
middle distance (400m & 800m)
distance (1,600m)
relays (4 X 100m and 4X400m)
long jump
hurdles
mini-javelin
shot-put
